Tailwind lets me stay consistent without a theme meeting. Utility soup is fine if the page is one job. When I repeat the same soup, I extract a component, not a new palette.
Motion is optional
A little hover on a desk is ok. On a scanner station, I reduce motion because it reads as lag. If they turned on reduce-motion, I respect it.
Do not decorate errors
No shake animation on a failed save. Show the message. Let them retry.
