A Saturday labelling party is a myth after the first one. People have shifts. The photos arrive during receiving, returns, and exception handling.
I attach labelling to those moments. Receiving a new SKU? Take two photos to "unlock" it in the app. Returns table? Unknown item flow already captures a frame.

SKU, photo, confirm. If your labelling tool looks like a research annotation suite, only you will use it.
I show the current library photos for that SKU so people can see they are adding something missing, not duplicating a white-background packshot for the twelfth time.
Credit the work
Leads should see who improved the library. Invisible extra work dies. Visible extra work can be scheduled.
